They are true hockey fans, I tell you.Too bad they can't stay awake late enough to watch an entire game (so rude of you to make the start times so late, NHL).

My husband promised my 6 year old that she could watch Game 6! I was so mad. But he claims that he was not allowed to stay up to watch several important sporting events as a kid and he's never forgotten it. Oh well. At least it's summer.

At our house, summer hasn't officially started yet. My daughter still has school through Friday. And I fear that staying up to watch Game 6 would mean a very long and crabby Thursday for my little lady Blackhawks fan!
